Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of OneApply. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Using OneApply

OneApply provides tools for resume tailoring, cover letter generation, ATS scoring, job application tracking, job discovery, contact discovery, and outreach drafting.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful job-search and career-development purposes.

You are responsible for reviewing all generated resumes, cover letters, messages, scores, and recommendations before using or sending them.

Your Content and AI Outputs

You keep ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, profile details, application records, contact notes, prompts, and other content you submit to OneApply.

You grant OneApply permission to host, process, transmit, display, and modify your content as needed to provide the service, generate outputs, store your records, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular employer. OneApply does not guarantee interviews, offers, hiring outcomes, ATS acceptance, or employer responses.

Acceptable Use

You may not use OneApply to violate laws, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, misrepresent your identity or qualifications, send unlawful or abusive messages, or submit content you do not have the right to use.

You may not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, usage limits, payment controls, or authentication systems.

You may not reverse engineer the service, overload the service, scrape the service, introduce malware, or use automated access in a way that harms the application or other users.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By starting checkout or maintaining a paid subscription, you authorize Stripe and OneApply to process the charges, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and billing events associated with the selected plan.

Subscription features, prices, limits, and billing periods may change prospectively. If a change materially affects your paid plan, reasonable notice will be provided where required.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal when available. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or expressly stated by the application operator.

Third-Party Services

OneApply integrates with third-party services for authentication, hosting, AI generation, payment processing, search, contact enrichment, and job-source discovery.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. OneApply is not responsible for third-party sites, job boards, employers, profile pages, payment pages, or external services outside its control.

Service Availability and Changes

OneApply may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time, including free usage limits, premium features, model providers, search providers, and third-party integrations.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension and Termination

OneApply may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay required fees, or use the service unlawfully or abusively.

You may stop using the service at any time. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy for legal, security, accounting, backup, or operational reasons.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneApply and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, employment decisions, or employer actions related to your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date when material changes are made.

Your continued use of OneApply after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
